We have ensured our Ford technicians have undertaken the extensive training expected by Ford and gained the necessary qualifications along with investment in further training. As a Ford authorised repairer, we fully utilise the Ford ETIS system. This provides us with technical information and diagnostic procedures for all Ford vehicles.

As a Ford authorised repairer we service and repair Ford vehicles. This enables us to carry out Ford repairs under warranty; saving customers from suffering any unnecessary headaches. As we are independent our customers really get good value for money. We offer the best customer service at a much better price than our local Ford dealers. We will go the extra mile to ensure the customer is dealt with minimum fuss – maximum convenience. We do all in our power to complete the work as quickly and efficiently as possible, with the least upheaval for our customers; from offering collection and delivery service and courtesy cars, to dropping the customer off at home.

We aim to speak to our customers regularly whilst their vehicle is with us to keep them informed and up-to-date.

From time to time we have special promotions for our Ford customers. The current offer is our £99 Value Service; this is aimed at the owner of a Ford vehicle over 3 years old (out of warranty). The service, which is carried out by one of our Ford technicians, means the same standards are achieved. On request this service now comes with up to one year’s roadside assistance at a great value.
