Wash & Valet Service
At Motorsave all cars are washed and vacuumed (mini valet) after every job, even MOT inspections. We feel that this is a valued demonstration of the importance we place on giving excellent service to our customers.
This sort of service is one of those small but not insignificant things that we have found most customers really appreciate. It gives us an opportunity to demonstrate just how much we value you and your business - and also shows how thoroughly we are committed to providing excellent customer care.
Mini Service
For quicker services at regular intervals or for less complicated fault resolutions or repairs, we offer Motorsave customers a mini-service option. You can wait in our comfortable and spacious reception area whilst we attend to your vehicle.
This may not always be appropriate depending on the nature of your visit; but we believe that for instances where we can perform whatever services or repairs are necessary quickly, often it is more convenient for our customers to wait whilst we see to their vehicle. We provide reading material, television, drinks and refreshments to see to your comfort.
Courtesy Cars
Motorsave have six Citroen C1 cars and two Citroen Berlingo vans as courtesy vehicles. We understand that for some people having an alternate means of transportation is critical to their work and they cannot be without transportation. We have tried to make sure that we can cover your need for transport whilst we service your regular vehicle.
We are able to provide these vehicles at a very nominal charge; the cars are £10 per day and the vans are £15 per day. We ask that you have with you your photo and paper driving license to collect your courtesy vehicle. We will of course endeavour to return your usual vehicle to you as quickly as possible.
Pick Up & Drop Off
As another convenience, we also offer a collect and drop off service within a ten mile radius of our location. We understand that it may be easier to have us collect your vehicle from home or place of work, do the required service or repair and then return it to you when finished.
This service offers the least disruption to your day and yet still allows you to have your vehicle serviced or repaired without hassle or additional expense. Again, we want our customers to feel we are committed to meeting their needs and offering good value for money.
