Our Customer Service
Every Motorsave team member is prepared to provide excellent customer service, regardless of their specific duties in the office or on the shop floor. You will find all Motorsave staff professional, friendly and willing to help; we are here from 8.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 8.00am - 3.00pm to help you. We have tried to modernise and automate as many of our processes and systems as possible, without entirely removing that personal touch which makes every customer feel welcome and valued. Motorsave invest a lot of time and training in being more efficient at meeting your needs quickly and accurately. We know that it’s easy to talk about standards - our actions are the best demonstration of our commitment to our customers.
Our Management Team
Amongst our five person management team we have nearly 150 years of combined automotive and management experience. Several Motorsave managers began building their experience with time spent under the bonnet, so we believe we know our business both as managers and as mechanics.
Motorsave understand best how to prepare and support our mechanics and technicians to help them provide better service more consistently than our competition.
Mechanics & Technicians
With ten active mechanics, two qualified MOT testers and three master technicians we have a wealth of capable and competent people on the shop floor. Motorsave’s greatest advantage lies in the quality and commitment of our tradesmen and we feel we have the very best at our disposal.
Motorsave encourage and support our mechanics and technicians to seek and earn additional qualifications and to maintain an up-to-date proficiency with all the latest in automotive technology and manufacturers’ standards.
Parts
Our parts team are familiar with all that’s required to source and maintain our stock inventory of genuine parts and fluids. If we don’t keep it on site, we can source and order whatever parts are necessary quickly and efficiently.
Our computerised parts database and close relationships with both manufacturers and suppliers ensure we always have the right part for your vehicle. Motorsave know how important it is for your vehicle to be serviced properly and our parts people provide a vital link in the service chain.

As a Bosch Car Service agent Motorsave have all of the latest diagnostic equipment and systems for repairing and servicing all makes of car, van, motorcycle and light commercial vehicles.
